Biography:

In April 1998, Prof. Li obtained the doctor's degree in Power and Thermophysics Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He was selected into the New Century Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education in 2007. From April 1998 to March 2000, he conducted postdoctoral research in venture laboratory, Kyoto University of technology, Japan; From March 2000 to March 2002, he conducted postdoctoral research in the Laboratory of Fluid Engineering, Kyushu University of Technology, Japan, as a special researcher for foreigners of Japan academic revitalization society. From April 2002 to July 2002, Prof. Li carried out CFD Research and development as a researcher at wavefront Co. Ltd. in Yokohama, Japan. From September 2002 to now, he has taught in the Institute of turbomachinery, School of energy and power engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. From March to May 2004, he carried out cooperative research in the Institute of fluid science, Tohoku University, Japan as a member of Japan Xueshen revitalization society. From September to October 2005, he conducted cooperative research in the life and body engineering research department of Kyushu University of Technology in Japan as a visiting researcher. From April 2008 to March 2009, he worked as a visiting professor in the Discipline of Mechanical Engineering of Keio University in Japan for one year. Prof. Li is ASME member and AIAA member. He is mainly engaged in aerodynamic thermodynamics and modern optimization design of turbomachinery, design and development of advanced sealing system of turbomachinery and Research on micro gas turbine and fuel cell hybrid system. Undertake 1 scientific research project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and a number of large state-owned steam turbine manufacturing enterprises. Among the published papers, 11 were included in SCI and more than 50 in EI.
